It’s just a 10-minute walk to St Mawes Harbour and close to the Sailing Club quay and Summers Beach.

This light and airy first floor apartment is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The open-plan design of the living and dining area has a large feature window brings the outside in and if there’s a chill in the air, the wood burner adds warmth and cosiness.

There’s even a desk tucked away in a corner for home working.

The beautiful kitchen has everything you would need including extra features like the Quooker boiling water tap and separate wine cooler. There is plenty of room around the kitchen island if you prefer informal dining or just enjoy company whilst preparing a meal.

The comfortable large bedrooms both have plenty of storage as well as a useful dressing tables and stunning countryside views.

Meadowside is a sound-proofed apartment with its own separate entrance that adjoins the main house, which is occupied occasionally by the owners who ensure they do not overlook guests in any way.

The main house High Meadows is never open to holiday guests when Meadowside is let.

Best place we have stayed in. Lovely location to relax. TV was a must for telly addicts as big screen with up to date features like Netflix. Would highly recommend.

The old adage ‘You get what you pay for’ truly applies to this property. Everything within is of a very high standard and is well worth paying a bit more for. Only minor issue is the very small courtyard garden but that certainly doesn’t distract from the property as far as we were concerned. Together with extremely friendly helpful hosts we will certainly be returning in the future.

Wow a really well presented holiday apartment, all brand new conversion to the Best of standards everything you need for a good comfortable stay within walking distance from St Mawes, Restaurant guides and a good info book, probably local interest info will be included as the season gets underway. This is going to be our go to place for further visits. 10/10 thanks again Adrian and Freda
